- A delivery fee applies to orders within greater Nairobi and outside.
- Nairobi.Same day delivery is available within Nairobi and surrounding areas(delivery within 2-3hrs).
- For mojar towns across Kenya we offer next day delivery.
- We accept return for defective products.

- Please place your order at least 2-3 hours before the desired delivery time to ensure availability and timely delivery.

- If you order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours or as soon as the delivery person hand’s you the flowers.
Return Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and fresh products:
- We do not accept return for change of mind or after 24 hours of delivery.
- We accept return for defective products only
- Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery person giving you the flowers or sooner you received the wrong item.
- Eligible refund will be issued minus delivery charges or we may offer replacement depending on the situation.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
